It all started with the lady I tutored calling her son her treasure. I thought that was neat so I started telling my oldest son that he was my treasure. When I said it to him, he whispered, "Treasure", as if I was telling him a secret. My babies, all four of them, are my treasure.
We do the same thing with the anoles here. Ian has sported two anole earrings at a time. The dog enjoys ::ahem:: playing with them too. I don't think the anole enjoys the dog.

You're absolutely right, Jeannie. I keep trying to convince everyone we need to just save our money at Christmas and skip toys.
I had to look up "anole", Traci. And our cat "plays" with the lizards here as well....
